The School is committed to excellence in professional development and an extensive well-being programme is in place with many benefits including reduced gym membership at CCCU, event afternoons throughout the year and other benefits offered by BCAT and Kent Rewards.

The ability to teach up to a higher tier at KS4 is essential and the ability to teach to A Level desirable. This post would suit an NQT or an experienced teacher looking for their first TLR.
The successful candidate will be a joining a team of highly experienced Mathematics Teachers at both Barton Manor School and Barton Court Grammar School and there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to teach at both schools, especially in the early years of opening. The TLR2c will progress to a TLR2b over time as the School grows and the level of responsibility increases.
The successful candidate should be able to deliver excellence in the classroom, providing innovative and inspirational teaching and learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to work with colleagues to particpate in a vibrant and outstanding department. This post is suitable for an NQT.
