Poetry of the Pallet Workshop

This week, students at Barton Manor School enjoyed a workshop entitled "Poetry of the Pallet".

It was aimed at nurturing creative thinking among our students in Year 7, and was led by senior lecturer and published author, Tom Delahunt.

The initiative was part of ongoing outreach efforts from Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU). The two-hour interactive session merged poetry with visual arts, encouraging students to express their thoughts and emotions creatively.

This integration not only enhanced their artistic skills, but also empowered students by validating their ideas and boosting confidence in their creative abilities.
