Musicians in the Making in BMS Competition

We are excited to inform you about an upcoming event that promises to be a highlight of our school calendar – the Young Musician of the Year Competition!

This annual event celebrates the incredible musical talent of our students, and provides a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their skills and passion for music in front of their peers, teachers and parents. The competition will take place on 15 May 2025 from 6pm until 7.30pm in the School Hall.

Students from across all year groups are invited to participate by performing a piece on an instrument of their choice or through vocal performance. Entries must be solo. We encourage students who take music lessons in or out of school, or who simply enjoy performing, to take part. To sign up, students must complete the Microsoft Forms page posted on their music and year group Microsoft Teams pages.
