This report serves as a significant milestone in our journey since the opening of the School in September 2022. It thoroughly reflects the collective effort and dedication that has been invested into the School from the beginning from all stakeholders. Staff are committed and dedicated to provide a quality education which is always in the best interests of the students at Barton Manor.”
CEO, Ms Kirstin Cardus said: “We are so very proud of this achievement and external validation provided by Ofsted. It’s been a long journey since submitting an application to open the School in 2016 to designing and building the School to where we are today. This has been a huge achievement, but also a massive team effort by so many staff within the School and across the Trust. The staff who work tirelessly at Barton Manor every day and the students who attend the School deserve this fantastic accolade due to their hard work and commitment. We also thank parents/carers, and our Governors and Trustees for their continued support.”
Barton Manor School is part of the Barton Court Academy Trust which runs 3 very successful secondary schools within East Kent, with Barton Court Grammar School also graded “Outstanding” in 3 key areas by Ofsted and The Charles Dickens School in Broadstairs graded “Good” in all areas.
