Shaping the Future: Highlights from Our First Student Leadership Conference

At the end of the day on Friday, the members of our Student Leadership Team met together to participate in our first Student Leadership Conference. 

The purpose of the event was to train our Student Leadership Team into what their roles mean for our school community and how they have an important job in driving the School’s Vision in their elected areas. 

Our student leadership groups include House Captains, Tutor Captains, Anti-Bullying Team, Teaching and Learning Team, Extra-curriculum Representatives, Equal Rights Committee and Eco Representatives. 

All students worked collaboratively to write their student pledges, do some scenario work and create actions to help drive the School forward. 

We also heard from our Head Students who supported the session, and shared their vision for this year and the Student Leadership Team.
